Chris Migliori is President of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services, overseeing brokerage operations, strategic growth, recruiting new talent, and client relationships. With over 38 years in the industry, he has closed over 1500 transactions exceeding 50 million square feet across industrial, land, sale-lease backs, and 1031’s.
Chris specializes in acquisitions, leasing, capital markets, value-add, investment analysis, build to suits, and land-up development, consistently delivering solutions that create value for clients. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Principal, was a lifetime top producer, earning President’s Club honors annually since 1990 and ranking among DAUM’s Top 10 producers companywide.
Renowned for his innovative approach and communication style, Chris brings deep expertise in Industrial acquisitions, consistently creating value and unlocking opportunities for family offices and Institutional Investors.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and is an active member of AIR and ONCOR International, reflecting his commitment to industry leadership and professional engagement.
