MS Industrial Sheet Metal went from leasing a 16,000 SF building in Corona to a purchasing a 32,000 SF building. The new building featured 10,000 SF of office space, bridge cranes, high clearance, freeway visibility, dock high and a huge yard.
MS Industrial Sheet Metal and Chris Migliori of GVA DAUM had a 15 minute meeting with the Seller; in that time the parties came to price and terms, the contract was signed and escrow was opened that day. The deal closed 60 days later. Really Smooth Deal!
